American Immersion Theatre
AIT better known as The Murder Mystery Co. was the start of Buzz's professional immersion acting career. The Murder Master Co. was featured on Shark Tank in March of 2024. Founder Scott Crampton showcased just how much fun being a killer can be. As a KC Oreo Buzz has played supporting roles and lead roles. From being on a two person show to the show with five actors, all while following the spirit of the company; letting the audience be the star of the show.
EXILED KC
Buzz worked in the Gallery of EXILED KC. The Gallery won Scare of the Night two times during the run of the haunt. EXILED KC won #1 Scare in Kansas, and #10 in the country, according to ScareFactor.com
EXILED: Crooked Rose Woods was a collaboration with Darren Lynn Bousman and ZipKC. This told the story of the outcasts that abandoned technology and started their own civilization, determined to get rid of the technology users, before they destroy the world and civilization as we know it. Buzz work in The Gallery, a collection of the dismembered bodies that this disheveled artist made into an outdoor art installation.
The haunt had four levels of immersion:
Green: Spoken word only, and maintain a distance of at least one foot.
Yellow: Mild touching allowed, no minimum distance.
Red: Full interactive.
Blue: VIP - Full interactive and custom details about them.
Buzz's first taste at immersion acting all started with the Hays Community Theatre's annual Hays City Haunted Tours, the theatre's largest fundraiser of the year. Buzz was able to step into any role needed. However Buzz was famed for playing the role of Jack McGee.
